Overview
Making this tour great involves many dedicated volunteers.
Non of the positions we offer are difficult but they all take
time. And we know that everyone would rather be riding and
that's what we want for you too.
We have 2 different kinds of volunteer positions. Pre-ride
and During the ride.
Pre-ride positions
Route scouting/marking. Each volunteer is responsible for one
day's route. In return, you're invited to ride every day at the
Mass BikePike Tour.
This involves
Scouting our routes in June to
-
make
sure there are know issues and make corrections to cue sheets as
necessary and
-
identify
points of interest, swimming holes, toilets, restaurants,
convenience stores on or close to the route.
Arrowing routes 2 weeks before the event.
